In this movie the fathead whom is the serial slayer is diagnosed with Multiple genius Disorder. This is his story. The movie starts place with the abuse(serial killer) freaking out because he finds a blade in his bathroom sink with production line on it later on seeing a guy that he had supposed to have murdered, in an instant rage the guy gets on the phone with whom seems to be his psychiatrist and starts rambling about how he cant control it any lengthy(meaning the souls that is). subsequently rambling on and on with the Psychiatrist the guy blacks out and minutes later he realizes that he is no longer on the phone with the Psychiatrist, but instead is c everywhereed in blood, he thusly walks tush to the bedroom and finds his wife murdered and knife in his hand and screams. The movie thus jumps to a new scene with ambulance and police lights everywhere and cops surrounding the baseless wife, cops then realize that the wife was a mother and was carrying a 8 ½ month old so they go ahead and deliver it but not before shooting the straight crazed husband and father who is trying to kill the baby.
