I think that this artefact was d under the TN-PES 1 Standard because in designing , develop , and writing a lesson plan the candidates best demonstrate their misgiving of the central concepts , tools of inquiry , and structures of the discipline . It is the lesson plan that the candidates plan their incline of action on how to best initiate the subject taking into considerations the capability of their students specifically those who have acquisition and physical disabilities , and the trustworthy educational environmentTaking all these into account , I think that this artifact - lesson plan - demonstrates my competencies which were specifically discussed in this standard . These competencies are my companionship and brain of the major concepts of the discipline (Spanish II ) I teach , my understanding of the assumptions and processes of inquiry for the discipline I am training through this artifact , my ability to create an interdisciplinary learning experiences that bequeath allow the grades 9-12 students to integrate familiarity , skills and methods from several subject areas such as their early Spanish words subjects . to a fault , through the design and ripening of this lesson plan , I expose my knowledge of several disciplines - languages , history , arts and literature among others . finally , through the creation of this lesson plan , I took into account the implications of damage legislation and special education policies and procedures in planning on how to teach Spanish II to grades 9-12 students , and I provided for an equitable ingress to and participation for students with disabilitiesLastly , as a result of this experience I think that I motive to review my knowledge on higher Spanish languages subject so that I will be able to answer queries of students who have advance language learning capabilities . Also , I need to practice on my presentation and teaching skills .
