Environmental public policies include all laws and regulations that deal with the troupe’s interactions with the environs. at that place are two sets of environmental issues that environmental public policies endure: prevention and reduction. The prevention and reduction of water, air, and soil are of the first to come to most people’s minds; however there is also the natural resources that we all are guilty of taking for granted like: forests, fisheries, oil, land, and much more. There are many reasons that one could count on of as to why it is important to keep our planet earth healthy. Some may list reasons like “the earth would not be bonny with just buildings” or, “no earth would mean having no life.” twain reasons are completely true, but I like to think that the second is most important. “Economic activity that is built on a degrading environment is not likely to be sustainable; nor is it likely that environmental quality will be maintained for very long in the absence of a healthy economy.” (OECD, 2009)
The Environmental Protection Agency also referred to the EPA, was demonstrable to help take control over the harmful environmental problems.



The history of EPA started in July of 1970, and has since administered many laws including the novel Air incite, Clean Water Act, Energy policy act, Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and much more. The White House and Congress worked together to frame the EPA in response to the growing public demand for spotless water, air and land. Prior to the establishment of the EPA, the federal government was not structured to make a coordinated attack on the pollutants that harm human health and degrade the environment. The EPA was assigned the intimidating task of repairing the damage already done to the natural environment and to establish new criteria to guide Americans in making a cleaner environment a reality.
