Discretionary financial policy is the accommodatement to governing body using up and tax policies within the lilliputian run goal of moving the economy toward full-of-the-moon employment, encourage economical outgrowth and controlling inflation. Contractionary policy reduces the inflationary pressures that skeleton up when the economy is amped up with output above full employment. A downside to using the contractionary policy is that it reduces aggregate output in the lead to an increase in unemployment. These two policies ar both demand-side and involves few tradeoffs of increases in out by raising price levels, or accepting a dispirit output with a lower price level.
Under a fiscal policy the government attempts to regulate the economy through gross and government outgo which are two tools to help fight unemployment: discretionary fiscal policy.
