Architecture has the unique ability to initiate large social, semipolitical and economic paradigm shifts ( controlling and negative) that directly affect local and orbicular cultures. Learning From Las Vegas (LFLV) is an example of such work that also created a new way of thinking that transcends fields of thought. Through their work, Robert Venturi, Denise Scott Brown, Stevn Izenour and some students created a way to look backward at account statement and tradition to go forward. To explicateher they believed we could look downward to go upward. Withhold¬ing judgment may be used as a tool to make later judgments more sensitive.
