Organizational Issues
The effectiveness of any organization is predicated upon its ability to identify clearly the issues or problems it aims to tackle, establish goals for addressing them, go under on priorities among these goals, and develop strategies for addressing them. There are many issues face by organizations today (global issues, carriage trends, government agency and politics, and form). Organizations need to gain ground changes to allow managers and employees at all levels to report unethical behavior so that the organization quite a little move quickly to turn over this behavior and protect the organization, its members, and its customers from harmful reputation. In todays society, companies can no longer afford to do business enterprise without preparing for, and addressing organizational issues that great power arise. Issues such as healthcare cost, employees stress and different external factors should not be taken for granted.
governing has to do with power, achievements, and influence. When you have the power it gains an opportunity for you to build credibility, and create an image for self. If you cannot influence the people, you will have no power to govern and lead.
Issues discussed in the film were: political discourse (campaigners fashioning assumptions against individually other, campaigning strategy (how to eliminate past actions that might affect campaign, why people use negative campaigning), and how to find oneself a level of civility in our world. These issues are grievous in that they help viewers to better understand the motives and goals of persons foot race for office. In general it somewhat makes it clearer why they do these things dismantle though their actions might not seem ethical at the moment, they do it -because it works in their favor. I still cant understand why they attack each other and make negative comments and uses pass actions to get at each other.
