Napping has always had a bad reputation of being lazy, or weak. But new evidence is showing social welfares to a middle day snooze. Studies are showing that napping benefits in mental acuity, alertness, creativity, mood, and over whole health. By napping 60 minutes, alertness can in assure for up to 10 hours. Research shows that masters who take a 26 minute nap in plight (while another pilot flies) increases performance by 34 percent and alertness by 54 percent. A Harvard study showed an increase in recollection and learning when someone takes a 45 minutes nap. Ive always suspected that power naps have had great(p) benefit to alertness, but I never would have guessed that extend of the benefits. With all this information I am going to take a short nap everyday to increase my alertness, and productivity.
