Also, as they continue to become production giants, it is believed they will develop the skill to do so in a green fashion.
Yet, looking at developing countries, we see populations that are exploding with highly limited financial resources, gobbling up natural resources with no attentiveness for our environment. This all reflects back to the development of man, from the cave dweller longing big fires for warmth and food preparation, to crop production strip large swaths of trees to provide fertile ground. As man go into industrialization, burning huge quantities of coal for production purposes and consuming massive amounts of oil for combustion engine powered vehicles.
