Essay about living up to parents expectations

Given that it is our parents who take us to school and pay for our upkeep, we are generally expected to obey them and satisfy their expectations. One way of learning how to satisfy the desires that our parents have for us is by writing an essay about living up to the parents expectations.

All children biologically originate from their parents and as such, the parents have the power to reign upon their children’s lives. Generally, children are the life projects of their parents and just as it is with homework and school projects, they also expect their projects to be the best that they can ever be.

Being children of the younger generation, children of today tend to be more spoiled compared to children of previous generations due to the several innovations in science and technology. However, this is not to mean that the expectations from parents are getting any easier or diluted, in any case, the expectations are getting tougher in line with the standards of life which are getting higher by the day.

For some children however, all these do not seem to matter and they seem to be getting lazier as more spoiled as days go by. Some parents are however stubborn and would not entertain the thought that any of their children may be unable to do some things that are in line with the expectations that they have for them. This causes the parents to keep pushing the children harder and harder every time through various tuitions in what may eventually either cause the child to suffer greatly or break down mentally.
